Planting new things

 Admiring the roses






The deck is nearing completion

 A log stored vertically for over a year sprouted leaves

 The log came from Laura's parents house.
 Now known as the Laura Tree

We decided to cut down the Virginia creeper
 and plant an evergreen on the study wall. This 
makeslovely slender bell shaped flowers twice a year 

 Another Clematis! This makes flowers in Winter. 
They are white with maroon splotches

Ouchy! He fell off the deck!
